Sign into your account online, add items to your basket and check out.
Alternatively, you can call customer service and place an order by phone or place an order with your local representative.
Click on your account at the top of the page and within the 'My Account' section you can log into the 'Charles Birch Account Portal' using the credentials we have emailed to you. Once logged into the portal go to:
Order History to view your orders.
Account History to view and download PDF copies of your invoices and credit notes.
Statement to see your statement.
Delivery History to see when your order has been dispatched.
Payment to make a payment on your account.
You can track your order by clicking the tracking information on your order.
Alternatively you can copy the the tracking number and track your order via the courier website directly.
If you are adding to your order before 12:00pm on a weekday you must create a new web order, this new web order will be added to your original order.
If ordering any other time you cannot add to an order via the website.
You can place an order on a weekend. Weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday if not a bank holiday, in which case the order will be dispatched the next working day.
You can opt in or out of receiving substitutions at checkout when you place your order.
Orders received by 12pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 12pm or on weekends, bank holidays or during Christmas break will be dispatched on the next working day.
During busy periods there may be a slight delay on delivery of your order.
