I have worked for Charles Birch Ltd. for 32 years and spent all my working life in the Shoe Repair Trade.
I am responsible for the overall management and direction of the company. We have a wonderful team who are all dedicated to constantly improving the company and quality of service we aspire to give our customers. We are a family business and value and respect all our customers, staff and suppliers.
