I have been with Charles Birch as an area sales manager for the past 5 years, looking after London, Essex, Kent, Kent Coast, Surrey, Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Bedford, Brighton and Worthing.
I have always been in the trade as my dad, Ricky Taylor brought me into the business when he was a director of Shoecare. I worked within Shoecare as a shoe repairer, watch repairer and engraver in our busy Romford and Bishop Stortford branches for 16 years.
I enjoy being a sales rep as I get to meet many different people within the trade and it's all good fun!
